C-Tech Systems B.V. is the market leader in the development, manufacturing, and servicing of systems, products and components for Hot Bar Technology. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Software/Electrical Engineer to join our innovative and enthusiastic engineering team.

About the Role
As a Software/Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, realization, and implementation of advanced systems that combine electronics, software, and mechatronics.0020You will be co-responsible for both the electrical and software aspects of our products, ensuring reliable performance from concept through to installation and testing.

Your work will include:

• Creating and maintaining electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Writing and adapting embedded and control software
• Translating customer requirements into clear technical specifications
• Selecting and sourcing appropriate electrical components
• Taking responsibility for the electrical and software design within projects
• Realizing and integrating electrical and software systems in collaboration with mechanical engineers and customers
• Developing and testing applications and modules, including on-site testing at customer locations
• Writing user manuals and documentation
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of systems and processes

You will work in a small, enthusiastic, and flexible team where you collaborate closely with colleagues and customers to bring systems and modules to a higher level of performance and reliability.

Your Profile

• Bachelor or MBO level 4 in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline
• Experience or strong interest in software development (C, C++, Python, or PLC systems)
• Knowledge of electrical design and system integration
• Hands-on, analytical, and creative mindset
• Good communication skills and the ability to work closely with customers and colleagues (English and Dutch)
• Flexible and proactive attitude in a dynamic, small-company environment
