C-Tech Systems B.V. is the market leader in the development, manufacturing, and servicing of systems, products and components for Hot Bar Technology. To support our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated Mechanical Engineer to strengthen our enthusiastic and multidisciplinary engineering team.

About the Role
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be involved in the complete design and realization process of our high-precision systems and modules. You will translate customer requirements into reliable mechanical designs and work closely with colleagues from the electrical, software, and assembly departments to create high-quality, innovative solutions. 

Your work will include:

• Designing and developing mechanical systems, modules, and assemblies
• Translating customer requirements into functional and manufacturable designs
• Creating 3D models and detailed technical drawings
• Selecting mechanical components and materials
• Collaborating with software and electrical engineers to integrate all system aspects
• Supporting the assembly and testing of prototypes and final systems
• Performing application testing and validation, including on-site activities when required
• Writing technical documentation and manuals
• Continuously improving existing designs and contributing ideas for new concepts

You will work in a small, motivated, and flexible team where collaboration, curiosity, and practical problem-solving are key. Together with your colleagues and customers, you will bring systems and modules to a higher level of performance and quality.

Your Profile

• Bachelor or MBO level 4 in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline with minimal 5 years of work experience.
• Experience with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks or similar)
• Affinity with precision mechanics, machine building, or automation
• Hands-on and analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Creative and solution-oriented team player
• Good communication skills and the ability to work closely with customers and colleagues (English and Dutch)
• Flexible and proactive attitude in a dynamic, small-company environment
